Customer Service & Technical Support

The majority of our employees work as customer service agents, which means they handle general customer service support for various products and brands. Upselling and new sales, as well as customer care on the phone where you, on behalf of our clients in banking / finance and energy / electricity, should:

  • Call existing power customers with offers of additional products and services.
  • Call potential new customers who themselves have actively asked to be contacted for a power deal offer.
  • Call and answer calls from customers who have not paid down their loans until the due date.
