Reporting to the Region Head, Member Experience, the Branch Manager provides overall leadership in the achievement of team sales objectives and related activities to achieve a high standard of operational effectiveness, superior member/client experiences and optimal sales performance (including new business acquisition and retention). This position is responsible for the achievement of high impact service delivery across all roles within the assigned branch, building effective relationships with sales and service partners to ensure that superior member/client care is delivered.
Through ongoing coaching and development, the Branch Manager develops and implements strategies to maximize employee capability and engagement. This role also fosters a high performance sales culture, implementing strategies and change initiatives that contribute to the achievement of established branch targets and ultimately the organization’s strategic goals.
Personal Banking Officer
The Banker II is the lead role involved in outbound, banker initiated contact of members using in branch renewal lists, branch and marketing lead lists. The focus of this role is to contact and meet with designated members in an effort to understand and meet their overall banking needs, consolidate share of wallet and refer to more senior bankers. Sales are driven by appointments generated from the pro active calling and up selling of referrals that have been provided by other sales professionals.
Contributes to meeting team sales plan and related activities through effective assessment of member financial needs. Provides product and service solutions (of medium to high complexity in both credit and investment) through effective interviewing and probing, delivering financial advice designed to satisfy the member’s total financial needs. Recognizes and acts on referrals and sales opportunities and maintains relationships with business partners to optimize business opportunities and referrals.
Member Service Representative
The Member Service Representative (MSR) provides professional and efficient service to members/clients utilizing sound knowledge of Alterna products and services to fulfill their transactional needs and provide an excellent member/client experience.
This role quickly develops a rapport with members/clients and proactively identifies their needs, promotes Alterna products and services and refers members/clients to the appropriate internal partner based on the complexity of their requirements, while ensuring compliance and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
