Social Media Campaign Manager
As a Social Media Campaign Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of social media campaigns on Facebook and Twitter. They are accountable for the successful and efficient delivery of the campaign, quality assurance of all campaign deliverables, and excellent customer service.
Determine overall social media strategy in line with client’s marketing goals and YP’s product expectations, taking into consideration the client’s other products with YP.

Remain up-to-date on industry trends and platform changes.
Help to define and evolve workflow processes, procedures and tools in order to increase team efficiency.
Share knowledge with the social team through weekly group meetings and regular workshops.
Recognize upselling and renewal opportunities within the account and work with sales team to pull necessary data.

Ensure that customers’ problems are handled as promptly as possible and escalated to other departments as required.
Continuous improvement: Help identify improvements to our processes: contract cancellation sources, response times, etc. and ensure process improvements.
