Online Presence Consultant

Social Media Campaign Manager

As a Social Media Campaign Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of social media campaigns on Facebook and Twitter. They are accountable for the successful and efficient delivery of the campaign, quality assurance of all campaign deliverables, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine overall social media strategy in line with client’s marketing goals and YP’s product expectations, taking into consideration the client’s other products with YP.
  • Deliver quality content that is original and reflective of the client’s business.
  • Track monthly campaign performance and create monthly page reports to present to client.
  • Attend monthly touchpoint calls and serve as subject matter expert and educational resource for clients and sales team.
  • Build and manage paid social advertising campaigns in line with client’s social goals.
  • Track and record advertising spend and performance to ensure all campaigns are fulfilled on budget.
  • Identify opportunities for advanced advertising features such as Lookalike Audiences, Conversion Tracking and A/B Testing
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and platform changes.
  • Help to define and evolve workflow processes, procedures and tools in order to increase team efficiency.
  • Share knowledge with the social team through weekly group meetings and regular workshops.
  • Recognize upselling and renewal opportunities within the account and work with sales team to pull necessary data.

Retention Specialist 

As a retention specialist, you are responsible for retaining revenue from high-risk customers by demonstrating the value of YP products and services to clients.

You will resolve any customer dissatisfaction issues, review the customer’s products, and suggest adjustments as required, while also demonstrating the customer’s return on investment.

You will make all necessary follow ups with departments and clients to provide excellent customer service to ensure future customer loyalty.

Key Areas of Responsibility : 

  • Process inbound cancellation requests by telephone, activity or email.
  • Negotiate with customers by suggesting prices and services aligned with their needs, so as to encourage them to pursue their business relationship with Yellow Pages Group over the long term.
  • Gather information regarding the customer’s problems, determine the main reason why the customer wants to cancel, find a practical solution, and implement it.
  • Be sure to provide information to customers and respond to their concerns about their service, to their complete satisfaction.
  • Ensure that customers’ problems are handled as promptly as possible and escalated to other departments as required.
  • Continuous improvement: Help identify improvements to our processes: contract cancellation sources, response times, etc. and ensure process improvements.

Sales representative
