Analyst
PCF is an important business unit within LCL that manages and develops the products and service programs in order to improve the customer experience, maximize value, and provide a platform to enhance customer insights and relationships. What You’ll Do:
- Experience with database structures and relational database queries (Structured Query Language SQL)
- Experience with Windows and UNIX Operating Systems
- Experience with Oracle Database Management System
- Ability to manage tickets and regulatory reporting
- Ability to follow technical and procedural instructions thoroughly
- Experience as a project coordinator or a project manager
- Change management and vendor support management a plus
- Experience working with systems integrated with TSYS
- Experience working with campaign management systems, Smart Card Management System, Loyalty systems
