Regional Health Sales and BD Leader

This is a key position to lead the consulting sales initiatives across the region (both regional and local) in maximizing the revenue and profitability opportunities. It is responsible for designing and implementing the Business Development strategies across our regional health business.Candidate is expected to promote the cross-selling activities of products and services across health, upselling consulting solutions to local health clients, GBM/RBM clients and new prospects. This includes developing and improving sales strategy, discipline and distribution within the regional health consulting business.

By promoting Mercer’s value proposition, the incumbent is responsible for expanding Mercer’s client network in addition to optimizing the business opportunities with our existing clients. In order to contribute innovative ideas to Asia market’s products and services, the incumbent is expected to maintain strong relationship with the business leaders across Asia.
