Car Preparation

Looking for a Car Preparation. Who contributes to the operational effectiveness of the sales department and to positive CEI results by maintaining a high level of excellence during the cleaning and preparation of all sold vehicles, ensuring that the vehicle exceeds customer expectations. You will report directly to the Body Shop Manager, and will also have the opportunity to work with the Body Shop team.

A day in the life:

  • You will assist with using appropriate equipment for removing scratches, blemishes caused by rail dust, and ensure that any malfunctions or deficiencies are brought to Management attention and booked in for service
  • You will also coordinate vehicle reconditioning when necessary and survey all new vehicles for damage and report when necessary
  • There will also be days where you order supplies as needed to ensure the greatest finish for the specific models

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with vehicle detailing and preparation

Parts Floater

We’re looking for a Parts Floater. To contribute to the operational efficiency of the Parts Department by assisting with various tasks. You will report directly to the Parts Manager, and will also have the opportunity to work with the parts and service team.

A day in the life:

  • You will deliver parts to local wholesale shops, pick-up part returns when required, and deliver parts the Technicians as identified by Parts Advisors
  • You will charge and supply small parts as requested to invoice/repair orders, relocate parts returned by Technicians to inventory once received and logged, and restock shelves
  • You will also notify the Parts Manager when stock is low, do housekeeping and maintenance of parts area, and receive and post incoming freight
  • There will be days where you assist service and parts personnel, and other duties as required

Sales Receptionist

We’re looking for a Sales Receptionist. You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the sales department and to positive CEI results by providing exceptional customer service and, creating and maintaining customer vehicle files. You’ll also be ensuring that work orders are closed upon collection of payment. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and will also have the opportunity to work with the service and sales teams.

A day in the life:

  • You’ll greet and direct customers to sales consultants
  • You’ll be answering phone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate individual or take a message
  • You will act as back up for our Service Greeters as required

  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer facing role and preferably in a high standard-customer service environment
