Finding a Job
Not getting a return on job applications is depressing for almost everyone. So, what should those who want to find a job as soon as possible do? Looking for a job while unemployed is a very difficult and weary process, financially or morally. You apply to advertisements, but you cannot get any feedback. Your morale is getting worse, your hopes are decreasing.

Find jobs that match what you can do:
Make a list of your work experience, education and skills. Then look for a position where these are available and you can do. Although the area you want to work on is different, you may need to expand your search in the same parallel.
While it may not be the job of your dreams at first, consider looking for positions where you can meet your main needs as it is urgent. If there is a company you want to work in or a particular place, you can start any entry-level job there and gradually rise. You should make a job application every day.

Review your CV and cover letter:

That’s why you should say what you want to say at the beginning and highlight the features you want to emphasize so that you can attract attention. You can prepare one detailed and elaborate CV, but your cover letter should be reshaped for each company. In your cover letter, explain why you want to work for that company and outline your qualifications. You should also write down how you can help the business grow and how different you are from other applicants.
If you’ve had a long working life, limit your work history to the last three jobs to give you a clear and concise view of your experience. You can also add information about volunteer work, ongoing training courses you attended or other projects you have completed. Strengthen your network:
First of all, make a list of all the business and social circles that will give you ideas, guidance and reference to find a job. Get in touch with people who will support you in finding a job according to your goal and who will guide you. With this in mind, expand your network and connect with HR professionals or people who fit your goals. When establishing the connection, be sure to specify why you want to connect.
Don’t be afraid to go door to door:
Contact people who are in the industry and/or position you to want to work with. For example, you could invite these people over for coffee or lunch. Try to be courageous and persuasive and express your intention clearly. Before communicating with these people, think about how to express yourself better; Get ready for your questions.
Your questions should be about the industry, the subtleties of that job, its advantages, and the knowledge and skills to have.
