Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for efficient, accurate and friendly customer transactions in operating the cash register and processing customer purchases, returns, exchanges, service requests and defective products. Ensures returned products are complete and sent to the appropriate destination. Supports overall organization, district and store operations as well as service and customer retention goals. As a Customer Service Representative you will…

  • Be responsible for the processing of all customer purchases, returned product, exchanges, service requests, and/or defective products
  • Communicate return, exchange, and/or service policies to determine best option for customer.
  • Manage all inbound calls by answering questions; offers product and service sales opportunities to phone customers
  • Assist phone customers that come into the store to pick up their product
  • Help resolve in-bound customer problems and issues, escalating to management as necessary

Account Administrator

The Account Administrator is responsible for the sales, returns and payment processing through the commercial sales store and will ensure that sales tracking records are updated for all transactions on a daily basis. This individual will store and maintain all credit card authorization forms in a secure location and when required, send records to offsite storage. The Account Administrator will also be the liaison / resource between the department and IT for any POS related activities and issues, ensuring issues are logged and appropriately escalated in a timely fashion.

As an Account Administrator you will…

  • Process all payments onto appropriate customer accounts for pre-payment requests
  • Vend all products that have been marked by the Inventory & Logistics Coordinator as requiring to be sold
  • Process all return and price protection requests from the various internal business teams
  • Log all sales, returns and payments in the sales tracking report
  • Submit SKU setup forms to suppliers for creation and follow-up where required until completed forms are received
  • Provide ongoing customer support where working on weekends may be required
