Baker

Provide customers with friendly and professional service. Under the direction of the Bakery Manager, prepare baking products for customer purchases. Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

  • Maintain bakery production area

Job Requirements

Clerk Grocery

The Grocery Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

  • Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives
  • Provide customer service to meet customer needs
  • Keep work area clean and presentable
  • Process Grocery orders
  • Perform program execution and merchandising of product
  • Perform retail floor maintenance
  • Maintain back shop
  • Receive warehouse orders
  • Increase store sales by actively promoting products
  • Participate in the training of junior staff
  • Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required
  • Process department shrink
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Additional duties for receiving shifts (as authorized and scheduled by management
  • Receive, unload and verify load and bill of lading against truck schedule for all incoming product
  • Tag and mark each pallet and complete receiving paperwork as assigned (shrink reports, claims)
  • Compare packing slips to goods and key product information into SAP system
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order by reporting any unsafe equipment or conditions
  • Provide internal customer service by effectively communicating with store management / staff and providing updates on shipments as requested

Produce Clerk

The Produce Clerk is accountable for performing all responsibilities of the role in a professional, accountable, accurate, and timely manner. The Clerk will provide great customer service, build customer loyalty, meet customer needs, and actively contribute to an employee- and customer-focused culture.

  • Follow all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other initiatives and programs.
  • Provide customer care to satisfy client requirements
  • Maintain a clean and presentable workplace.
  • Process orders for Customer Produce
  • Perform program execution and product merchandising
  • Process and prepare deli items
  • Increase store sales by advertising products vigorously.
  • Contribute to the training of younger personnel
  • As required, order and receive inventory in accordance with the company’s inventory control processes.
  • Process division reduction
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with Company requirements
  • Other duties as necessary

Pharmacy Assistant

The Pharmacy Assistant is accountable for providing exceptional client service in a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional way. The Assistant is accountable for identifying and scheduling professional clinical services and achieving pharmacy excellence in customer service, workflow efficiency, and inventory management. Contributes actively to a positive and effective workplace environment.

  • Prescription preparation – data entry
  • Process customer business (receive and release prescriptions)
  • Receive refill requests via in-person and telephone and document deliveries
  • Assembly of Compounding Pill Packs
  • Cleaning, filing prescriptions, obtaining and restocking supplies, and
  • Drug order placement and receipt
  • Schedule clinical professional services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state managements etc.)
  • BTC management
  • Administrative Responsibilities: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stock, TMLs, and manual third parties
  • Implement and adhere to all applicable corporate requirements
  • As needed, assist with other pharmaceutical activities.

Cashier

The Cashier is accountable for performing the functions of the role in a professional, accountable, accurate, and timely manner. The Cashier will provide clients with courteous and professional service, and efficiently handle customer orders. The Cashier will ensure the accuracy of cash-handling operations at all times in accordance with business policies and actively contribute to an employee- and customer-oriented culture.

  • Provide customer care to satisfy client requirements
  • Process customer business
  • Maintain a precise cash drawer in accordance with corporate regulations and procedures.
  • As required, operates the Customer Service Desk in accordance with all protocols for lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and enquiries.
  • Participates in the training of subordinate personnel
  • Maintain Front End Department Department of Front End Merchandise
  • Help other departments and functions as necessary
  • Implement and adhere to all applicable company requirements
  • Other duties as necessary
