Can you tell us anything about Earls?
Interviewers ask this question to see if the candidate actually wants to work at Earls and isn’t just handing out resumes for the sake of getting a job.
Earls is a casual dining restaurant chain with locations in both Canada and the United States.
Because the restaurant is family-owned, it is not a franchise.
Earls was formed in 1982 in Edmonton, Alberta, by Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and Stanley Earl Fuller.
The restaurant’s initial concentration was on “Burgers and Beers,” but in 1987, it broadened its menu to include dishes inspired by travels across the world.
Earls will have sites in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and other cities across the United States by 2020.
Last but not least, Earls is known for its Bigger Better Burger, Kung Pao Noodle Bowl, and Rhino Beer.
What motivates you to work at Earls?

In five years, where do you see yourself?
Earls would love to hire someone whose career aspirations are similar to those of the restaurant sector. The following are some possible responses:

- If you’re applying for a front-of-the-house role like hostess or server, saying you want to be a restaurant manager is an excellent response.

What do you consider to be your greatest strength?
The easiest method to answer this question is to list the talents and experience you have that are directly related to the position you are applying for. Review the job description with this in mind, and reassure the interviewer that you have the necessary experience and skills.
What is your biggest flaw?
You should not deny that you have a flaw or describe your strengths as flaws (I am a perfectionist, or I work too hard and neglect my friends and family). Mention a flaw that is necessary for the job but isn’t a deal-breaker if you don’t have it.
When you describe your flaw, be sure to include what you’re doing to overcome it. For instance, I am afraid of public speaking and have registered in a public speaking class to help me conquer my anxiety.

Tip: During the interview, don’t be scared to ask questions. It is critical to ask questions since it establishes a rapport between you and the interviewer.
