3. What motivates you to work with Dollarama?
If you’re going to university, tell them you think working there is a wonderful method to pay for it (this will show the interviewer you have long-term ambitions). Tell them you like how reasonable their items are for individuals and families.
4. What do you consider to be your greatest strength?

Go over the job description again and look for the abilities and experience that are required for the position. After that, match the job’s required talents to your own.
Finally, ensure the interviewer that you have the necessary qualifications.
7. What are your working hours?
You have a better chance of getting employed if you are flexible with your hours, therefore be flexible!
If at all possible, inform the interviewer that you are available to work on weekends and/or holidays.
8. How would you handle a problematic client?
- Allow the customer to speak freely.
- Demonstrate your concern for the customer.
- Don’t point the finger at the customer or the company.
- Attempt to resolve the issue or seek out someone who can.
- Make no commitments that you can’t keep.
Finally, it’s critical not to take anything personally. You’ll take it out on future customers if you’re upset.
