English language Editor (RU-MSK)

The role will involve:

Senior Knowledge Manager

Role description:
The role of the Senior Knowledge Manager (Sr. KM) in the UK Member Firm (MF) is the in-Member Firm knowledge leader, coordinating closely with CoRe Knowledge Services’ Regional Managing Director, to establish and sustain a team of local MF KS resources aligned to the overall Knowledge Strategy.

People Oversight

  • Recruit, on-board and coach local Knowledge Managers on role expectations and responsibilities
  • Assist with connecting local Knowledge Managers with MF leaders, enabling areas and events to be more effective in their roles
  • Provide assistance with clarifying KS responsibilities to MF stakeholders and other local teams to remain consistent with services established within MF KS SOW
  • Provide input as part of performance feedback processes, coaching and development

Leadership Relationships

  • Act as the Knowledge Services point person for national, cross-business leaders such as for IT, Talent and other enabling areas
  • Support business CKOs and the CoRe Regional Managing Director to advance relationships with other leaders within the Member Firm

Practice Area Enablement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local MF practice area sponsors, leads and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee the appropriate deployment of knowledge resources/support against MF business and sector needs consistent with Committed Services SOWs
  • Support the MF Knowledge Managers who are aligned to Industry or Business practice area to: 
  • Proactively engage with practice area leadership to identify knowledge opportunities and priorities
  • Develop knowledge plans that articulate KS support of the strategic priorities of the practice
  • Drive the collection of strategic content, expertise, qualifications and thought leadership for publication within the global knowledge platforms
  • Curate assets and determine the “best from the rest”
  • Create collections of internal content and external research to support strategic priorities
  • Create and maintain global and local intranet sites for a practice area, as warranted
  • Report to practice area leadership on usage of and contribution to the knowledge system; as well as other metrics associated with Member Firm Standard 1; analyze findings and bring recommendations to leadership

Risk Advisory: PMO Associate

Work you’ll do

  • Demonstrated problem solving skill
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English

Analyst – Data Analytics

Work you’ll do
Global Tools Delivery Center: Data Analytics – Senior Analyst is responsible for designing and developing data visualization dashboards and advanced reports using any of the leading visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QlikSense and PowerBI. Senior Analyst will require to have data analysis skills using excel. Incumbent will review the designs, existing processes and new requirements to define improvement areas and identify new opportunities. Senior Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, gathering and analyzing existing best practices and templates to develop cutting edge and data-driven insightful dashboards. Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting new design thinking process and related concepts in context of dashboard development. 
  • Prepares dashboard solution architecture using data visualization and data wrangling tools
  • Applies development framework, guidelines and standards to tools and ensure integrity and consistency
  • Builds and promotes a global culture under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
  • Actively contributes ideas to develop solutions, consult others as appropriate 
  • Provides improvement recommendations for process guidelines and frameworks to enable consistency across projects
  • Understands and assists in data analysis process, dashboard design development and continuous improvement
