Weekend Breakfast Server
Coras is looking for a part time mature, reliable, guest focused, team player, who is able to serve in a high volume restaurant. Both Saturdays and Sunday are mandatory, however we close at three. Must be able to multitask and up sell , and have an outgoing personality. Preference will be given to candidates with previous breakfast experience, but willing to train the right candidate. Please note at this time, this position is for Saturday, Sundays and holidays only. Additional hours may become available at a later date.

Specific Skills Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; Manage kitchen operations; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
