Distribution Centre Supervisor

As a Distribution Centre Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations at New Westminster Distribution Centre (DC). You’ll ensure the center runs safely, efficiently and accurately—and, in doing so, help Aritzia provide exceptional service to clients.

You will lead and motivate your team, helping them to meet their goals and KPIs. You’ll make sure the facility and equipment are maintained and effectively used. And you’ll champion the operational systems that keep it all running seamlessly.


Aritzia DC Supervisors are responsible for:

  • Building relationships and interacting effectively across all functional areas
  • Communicating regularly and effectively with internal and external customers, ensuring goals are achieved and KPIs are met
  • Providing exceptional leadership and oversight to Associates and Team Leads and participating in day-to-day people operations


Aritzia DC Supervisors have:

  • Experience working in a multi-channel distribution centre environment
  • Fashion pick, pack and ship experience is preferred
  • Exposure to and knowledge of warehouse management systems; experience with Red Prairie would be an asset
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize

Store Manager
